# Deposit Shield

Most of **other farms could suck your entire capital** by setting a 100% deposit fees. Fortunately, they don't plan to do it. But THEY COULD. Typical other farms' contract:

They can modify the fees at anytime and steal the tokens of stakers.

 **BackToTheDefi devs found a solution to protect the investors.** All **our pools are protected** by a 4% maximum deposit fees. This amount is hard coded in our masterchef contract and **can't be changed**:
